Question 1: Who Can Enter?
Lights & Smiles Rochedale is for homes and families in postcode 4123, local smiles only! By keeping it local, we make sure every drive is easy, friendly, and true to the spirit of our community dental clinic.
Question 2: What prizes are available?
With help from local businesses, we’ll have an exciting mix of prizes (ranging from dining vouchers to free dental whitening or oral care kits!) keep an eye on the AI Dental facebook page for prize updates. Want your business included? Please email our clinic at the link above.
Question 3: When will the map be published?
The Lights & Smiles Rochedale map launches December 10th for festive drives and healthy, happy grins all season long.
Question 4: How are winners picked?
Our Lights and Smiles champs are selected as games of skill, using clear criteria of creativity, effort and festive spirit. No winners are chosen at random.
Clinic Choice (1 winner)
After entries close, a judging panel made up of Neighbourhood Dental team members at each participating clinic will review all eligible entries for that clinic.
The panel will select one winner based on the following criteria:
- Festive creativity
- Effort and attention to detail
-Overall impact and alignment with the Lights and Smiles theme.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Community Choice (1 winner)
- All eligible entries will be published on a Neighbourhood Dental voting page for public viewing during the voting period (10–30 December).
- Members of the public may cast one valid vote per person/email/device for the entry they believe best reflects festive creativity and the Lights and - Smiles theme.
-At the end of the voting period, the Community Choice winner will be the eligible entry that has received the highest number of valid votes.
We may audit and remove fraudulent, automated or duplicate votes, and only genuine votes will be counted.
Competitors’ Choice (1 winner)
- Each eligible entrant will be given the opportunity to vote for their favourite entry (other than their own) during the Competitors’ Choice voting period.
- Entrants must not vote for their own entry; any self‑votes will be disregarded.
- The Competitors’ Choice winner will be the eligible entry that receives the highest number of valid competitor votes, taking into account the same criteria of creativity, effort and festive spirit.
Ties, invalid votes and reserve winners
If there is a tie for any prize category, the tied entries will be re‑judged by our judging panel using the criteria above to determine a single winner.=
If an entry is found to be ineligible, breaches these Terms, or is associated with fraudulent or invalid voting, we may disqualify that entry and select the next highest‑ranked or next most creative eligible entry as the winner.
